This thrilling and fun drama Workshop will feature a short performance from our successful 2010 production ‘Scotland During the Blitz’ performed by two of our multi talented drama facilitators. This acts as a springboard into activities that explore rationing, being an evacuee and what is would have been like during an air raid!
“Super Workshop! Exciting and interesting – pupils learnt a lot from it.” P6 Teacher, Dunearn PS, March 2012
Through drama conventions such as freeze frame, thought tapping and mime the participating pupils will be emotionally engaged in this fun and inclusive format. It actively develops their critical thinking skills about this important event in Scottish history.
All parts of workshop was relative to work going on in classroom and allowed classes to work collaboratively.” P7 Teacher, Hillhead PS, Feb 2012
