The Story

Poppy gets a hi-tech phone for her birthday and now the world of social media and the internet are just a click away. But her irresponsible actions have hurt her best friend Nikki – can Cyberbuddy help her learn to be S-M-A-R-T and safe online, and rescue her friendship?

CyberBuddy is the perfect addition to any teaching plan around Internet safety and cyber resilience.  The theatre production managed to demonstrate to pupils how to cope with safety issues, connectinge online, keeping private information safe and most importantly how to tackle the big bad web!

As children get access to technology at a younger and younger age, teachers frequently feed back to us that they would like productions tackling online safety, responsibility and friendships. This production also covers some Curriculum for Excellence experiences and outcomes.
